Cancellation Policy

By securing your appointment, you agree to the following terms: Deposits & Appointment Confirmation Your appointment is not confirmed until secured with a non-refundable deposit. This ensures your booking and allows me to prepare your treatment. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. If cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, a new deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable. If you fail to attend without contacting me, up to 100% of the booking fee may be charged. Changes to your treatment on the day may result in being charged the original fee or a cancellation fee if extra preparation or time is required. Arriving at Your Appointment Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early. This is a private clinic, and I value client privacy. The time between appointments is needed for cleaning, preparation, and a quick break. Please close the door behind you when you enter/exit. Hygiene & Comfort I ask clients to remove their shoes to keep the treatment bed clean and ensure comfort. Before Your Appointment Avoid alcohol 24 hours before your treatment to reduce bruising, swelling, and sensitivity. You may experience heightened sensitivity during certain times of your menstrual cycle. If you’ve booked mesotherapy, numbing cream is available for application an hour before. Let me know if you'd like it arranged. Aftercare & Results You are responsible for sticking to the treatment plan and following aftercare instructions, which are emailed at booking and available on my website. Some treatments may cause slight swelling, puffiness, redness, or minor bruising. Microneedling and mesotherapy can sting for a few hours after. Sometimes results appear worse before improving. Right to Refuse Treatment I reserve the right to refuse treatment if you are unsuitable (e.g., intoxicated, unwell, or inappropriate). A cancellation fee may still apply. Makeup & Fragrances Please avoid makeup and strong fragrances to ensure a smooth treatment process. Children For safety and focus, children should not be brought to appointments. Late Arrivals & No Shows Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation, with the booking fee retained. Please arrive on time to receive the full service. Treatment Plans For those on a treatment plan, deposits are required in advance for each session. Cancelling mid-plan may incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance.
