Appointment Information

& What to Expect

Booking Policies

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and this is taken off your balance on the day.

If you book your next slot while you're here, a new booking fee is needed to hold that appointment, so your full balance is paid at your treatment.

Please note:

– You can reschedule once with 48+ hours’ notice free of charge
– Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new booking fee (minimum £25)
– Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show = full treatment cost due

Life happens, I completely understand that, but to keep things fair for everyone and protect the time I set aside for you, I do have a clear booking policy.

Moving Appointments

If an appointment needs to be moved (by either yourself or the clinic), a new date must be agreed within a reasonable timeframe.

If I contact you to rearrange and don’t receive a response, the booking will remain open for up to 7 days.

If a new appointment is not confirmed within that time, the booking will be considered incomplete and the booking fee will be forfeited.

Booking fees must be used within 14 days of the original appointment date. After this, they will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required.

Appointments cannot be moved more than 2 weeks ahead of the original booking without a new booking fee.

Important

Booking fees and payments are non-refundable, including if:

– You become unwell
– You change your mind
– You are unable to attend
– You do not respond to rescheduling messages
– A new appointment is not confirmed within the timeframe above
– You wish to move your appointment beyond the allowed timeframe

If I ever need to move your appointment, I will always offer a suitable alternative, however, the same rebooking timeframes still apply.

This Applies To All Bookings

– Consultations
– Pre-paid courses/packages
– Gift vouchers
– Pay-on-the-day treatments

If you're unable to continue a pre-paid course for any reason, including medical, refunds are not given. However, I will always try to find a suitable alternative where possible.

I’m here to give you the best experience and results. If at any point I feel we’re not the right fit to work together, or behaviour is rude/disrespectful, I reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

By booking, you agree to these terms.

Treatment Plans & Courses

Treatment plans and courses are structured to be carried out within a specific timeframe to achieve the best results.

Sessions must be taken at the recommended intervals discussed at your consultation.

If appointments are delayed, repeatedly rescheduled, or not rebooked within a reasonable timeframe, your plan may no longer be valid in its current form.

If there is a significant gap between sessions, I may need to reassess your skin and adjust or restart your plan.

All sessions within a treatment plan follow the same booking and cancellation policy as standard appointments.

Booking fees still apply

Missed or late changes still incur charges

Sessions cannot be held indefinitely

Treatment plans are:

– Non-refundable
– Non-transferable
– Based on your skin at the time of starting

Cancelling Before Your Plan Starts

If you choose to cancel your treatment plan before it has started, you may still be liable for associated costs.

This is because time and resources are allocated in advance, including:

– Consultation time and planning
– Ongoing communication and admin
– Appointment time reserved
– Any products or stock ordered specifically for your treatment
– Any finance agreements set up on your behalf, and so on

In these cases, a fee may be retained or charged to cover these costs.

Special Offers & Promotions

Special offers and discounted treatments are time-limited and tied to the original booking.

Booking fees secure both your appointment and the offer price.

If you need to reschedule:

– You may move your appointment once with the required notice (48+ hours)
– Your booking fee will transfer to your new appointment

– The original booking policy still stands

Important

If an appointment is cancelled, not rebooked, or significantly delayed:

– The original offer will no longer be valid
– A new booking fee will be required to secure a future appointment
– The treatment will be charged at the current price

Booking fees for special offers are:

– Non-refundable
– Non-transferable
– Must be used within the stated timeframe

Offers cannot be held indefinitely or applied to future bookings outside of the original timeframe

Before Your Appointment

To help you get the best results and keep everything running smoothly

Please:

-- Complete your medical & consent forms before you arrive
(they take around 10–15 mins — if they're not done and there isn’t time to complete them in clinic, I may need to reschedule and a £25 booking fee will apply)

-- Arrive no more than 10 minutes early where possible
(this protects client privacy and keeps the day running on time)

-- Come with clean skin (no makeup if possible)

-- Avoid retinol, acids, peels, tretinoin & sunbeds for 5–7 days beforehand

-- Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatories for 24 hours beforehand (alcohol can make you more sensitive to pain, especially when doing under eye treatments)
(if you're on aspirin or blood thinners, just let me know as it can increase bruising)

-- Skip strong perfume on the day

These little steps really do make a difference; they help keep you safe and make sure you get the best possible results.

After Your Appointment

Microneedling & Mesotherapy:

On the Day:

– Do not wash your face or apply products after treatment unless I have advised otherwise

– Avoid showering or washing your hair
– Sleep on a clean pillowcase

Next Morning:

– Rinse with plain water (only if necessary), pat dry, and apply the repair cream provided morning and night.

What to Expect:

 – Redness, slight stinging, or sensitivity for 24–48 hours (similar to mild sunburn)
– Flaking or dryness as skin heals
– Mild swelling, pin-prick bruising or red bumps (normal inflammatory response)

Under-Eye Treatments:

– Puffiness and sensitivity may last up to 7 days (sometimes longer)
– Minor redness, swelling and pin-prick bruising or temporary bumps are normal
– I’ve never caused moderate bruising, so please don’t worry

General Aftercare

Your skin is more delicate after treatment, so keep things simple and gentle

Avoid for 48 hours:

-- All makeup (including mascara) and SPF

-- Any skincare unless I’ve specifically advised it

-- Wipes, micellar water, fragranced or alcohol-based products (avoid completely)

-- Touching your face (and keep pets away from the area)

-- Hot baths/showers, saunas, steam, gym or anything that causes heat/sweat

-- Sunbeds

-- Brow or hair dye near the area

Avoid for at least 7 days:

-- Actives like acids, retinol, exfoliants (wait until I give you the all-clear)

Basically, clean, calm skin only. If in doubt, message me.

What to do

-- Use clean towels and pillowcases daily for 5 days

-- Drink 2–3L+ of bottled mineral water to support healing

-- After 48 hours, start the skincare routine I’ve given you

-- If needed, you can take an antihistamine for swelling or inflammatory spots

Contact Dermatitis – Important

If red bumps, itching or irritation appear a few days after your treatment, it could be contact dermatitis, and unfortunately, it doesn’t take much to trigger it. This is why following my aftercare advice is crucial.

Your skin is more vulnerable while healing, and even one slip-up can cause a reaction. I’ve seen it happen.

Examples include:

– Wearing makeup (even “just mascara”) within 48 hours

– Using perfume, cleansers, or skincare too soon (even ones you've used before)

– Letting alcohol, wipes or micellar water touch the skin

– Fragranced moisturisers, “gentle” wipes or “natural” products that aren’t clinic-approved

– Sweat, friction, or touching your face with unclean hands

– Dirty pillowcases, towels, makeup brushes or sponges

– Pets sleeping near your face or licking your skin (yes, really!)

Remember: your skin is an open wound, healing and sensitive. What didn’t cause a reaction before can absolutely irritate post-treatment skin. Even if you got lucky last time.

If this happens:

– Seek professional advice with a view to using a mild over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream if needed (always follow label and pharmacist recommendations)

– Keep skin clean and dry (that means no makeup or products)

– Avoid all actives and use only what I or a medical professional has advised

– Contact me or a medical professional if you’re unsure, please don’t guess

I will always help you, but I can’t undo what poor aftercare causes. So please stick to the advice.

Your results (and skin barrier) depend on it.

Please don’t apply SPF or any product before you leave, your skin needs those first few days to settle.

I’ll always guide you on when to apply everything afterwards, so you’re never guessing.

Your Results = Teamwork

I’ll always do my bit in clinic but real, lasting results come from what you do at home too.

Think of it as us working together, not a one-off treatment and hope for the best.

I’ll give you the plan, the products, and the support and if you follow it, your skin will reward you.

If results dip, it’s usually because something’s been missed along the way, like:

-- Not quite hitting your water intake - you need 2-3l of bottled mineral water per day (I recommend adding 1x Virtue electrolytes sachet per day)

-- Mixing in products that don’t support healing

-- Forgetting skincare or SPF

-- Not following your prescribed skincare routine

-- Sunbeds / sunbathing resetting all the progress

-- Smoking, drinking or vaping slowing the skin’s healing and oxygen supply
(this one’s a biggie; it can literally block results, even with the best treatments)

It’s never about blame, life happens, but consistency really is the magic here.

If you work with me and follow my advice, I promise - you WILL see results.

Treatment Plans & Maintenance

Every skin is different, so your plan will always be completely bespoke to you.

A few things to keep in mind:

-- Results aren’t always instant. Your skin needs time to regenerate.

-- Collagen takes around 12 weeks to build

-- Homecare plans must be followed for best results

-- Treatments work best when they’re layered over time, each session building on the last

-- Delaying or skipping appointments can slow (or sometimes undo) progress

-- Maintenance depends on your skin and the treatment. Some plans are monthly, others might be every 3, 6 or 9 months

I’ll always guide you on what your skin actually needs; nothing more, nothing less.

This isn’t a quick fix.
It’s a long-term investment in skin that just keeps getting better with time

Professional Conduct & Safety

I want every client to feel safe, respected and cared for - including you.

I reserve the right to pause or refuse treatment if:

-- It isn’t safe or suitable to continue

-- You are unwell or under the influence

-- Behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful or disruptive

-- I feel the environment or treatment would be compromised in any way

I treat everyone with kindness and respect, and I expect the same in return.
Rude or inappropriate behaviour, whether in person, by message or on the phone, will result in your booking being cancelled and contact removed.

If at any point during your appointment I feel it’s not right to continue, I will stop the treatment. Your safety, comfort and the calm environment I create for all clients will always come first.

A Little Note From Me

Thank you for trusting me with your skin, it honestly means the world to me.
I take every single client’s results personally and I’m right here with you on this journey.

If you're ever unsure, worried, or just want to check something with me, message me.

There’s no such thing as a silly question and I’d always rather you ask than guess.

We're doing this together.
